Remove Vegano Green Curry Paste, Vegano Curry Vegetables, vegan shrimp, vegan crab, coconut milk, jasmine rice, thai basil, and lime from the bag to prepare for cooking.
dd rice to a small pot with 1.5 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Preheat a skillet, large pan, or wok over medium heat and begin by adding 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the Vegano Thai Green Curry Paste and fry for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the Vegano Curry Vegetables into the pan. Toss gently with the Vegano Green Curry Paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the coconut milk, vegan shrimp and vegan crab to the Vegano Thai Green Curry Paste and mix well until everything is combined. Cover and allow to cook for 3-5 minutes or until the curry begins to boil.
Once the curry is boiling, remove the lid and begin stirring gently, scraping the bottom of the pan to ensure nothing is burning or sticking. Continue to stir the curry and boil until the sauce reduces and thickens (approximately 5-8 minutes).
Start by adding the rice to one side of the plate. Carefully spoon the Vegano Thai Green Curry onto the plate around the rice and garnish with fresh thai basil and lime juice.
