These sriracha baked tofu rice bowls are loaded with edamame, cucumber and green apple. They are easy to make, full of flavour and packed with nutrition.

Step 1: Remove ingredients from bag

Remove Vegano Sriracha Tofu, Vegano Green Veggies, Vegano Avo Nori Dressing, short grain rice, mixed greens and shredded carrot from the bag to prepare for cooking.

Step 2: Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 400º F.

Step 3: Cook the rice

Add rice to a small pot with 1.5 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4: Prepare the Vegano Sriracha Tofu

Place the Vegano Sriracha Tofu on an oven safe dish or baking tray.

Step 5: Bake the Vegano Sriracha Tofu

Bake the Vegano Sriracha Tofu for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

Step 6: Plate your meal

Add a scoop of steamed rice to each bowl and top with the baked Vegano Sriracha Tofu on half of the rice. Place the mixed greens on the other half of the dish and top the mixed greens with the shredded carrots and Vegano Green Veggies. To finish, top the dish with the Vegano Avo Nori Dressing. NOTE: We do not add salt to our meals so season to your liking.
