Roasted brussel sprouts and crispy baked tofu on a bed of the most irresistible harissa hummus.
Remove tofu, Vegano Harissa Hummus, Vegano Pickled Radish, Vegano Sunchoke Chips, brussel sprouts, smoked tofu and chervil from the bag to prepare for cooking.
Preheat the oven to 400º F.
In a large oven safe dish add the brussel sprouts and smoked tofu. Season with oil (olive, vegetable), salt and pepper.
Bake the brussel sprouts and smoked tofu for 25-30 minutes or until tender and crispy.
Slice the Vegano Sunchoke Chips into thin slices. Remove stems and dice chervil. Set aside for plating.
Begin plating by spreading the Harissa Hummus across the bottom of the plates. Place the roasted brussel sprouts and tofu on top of the hummus and garnish with Vegano Pickled Radish and Vegano Sunchoke Chips. Top with fresh chervil and enjoy! NOTE: We do not add salt to our meals so season to your liking.
