This delicious, creamy, and absolutely irresistible vegan paneer is packed with so much flavour.
Preheat the oven to 400º F.
Wrap the tofu in a paper towel to soak out any excess water. Cut into small cubes and add into a small mixing bowl.
Add Vegano Paneer Seasoning and 1 tsp of olive oil to the tofu. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half into the tofu mixture. Stir the mixture until all the tofu is covered in Vegano Paneer Seasoning. Set aside to marinate while the oven heats.

First, spread the tofu onto a non-stick or lined baking sheet and place in the oven for ten minutes. After ten minutes, turn over the tofu and place in the Vegano Vegetable Pakoras into the oven. Bake both the Vegano Vegetable Pakoras and tofu for another ten minutes.
hile the tofu is baking, add rice to a small pot with 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before removing the lid.
Dice cilantro and set aside for topping.
In a medium sized frying pan, heat the Vegano Palak Sauce in a frying pan just before the tofu comes out of the oven.
Remove the tofu and the Vegano Vegetable Pakoras from the oven and set aside. Add the tofu to the Vegano Palak Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and mix well.
On a large plate, add rice and Vegano Palak Sauce with tofu, place the Vegano Vegetable Pakoras on the side, garnish with cilantro, and squeeze the other half of lemon on top.
