This delicious, creamy, and absolutely irresistible vegan paneer is packed with so much flavour.

Step 1: Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 400º F.

Step 2: Prepare tofu

Remove tofu from the packaging and wrap in a paper towel to soak out any excess water. Cut into small cubes and add into a small mixing bowl.

Step 3: Season the tofu

Add Vegano Paneer Seasoning and 1 tsp of olive oil to the tofu. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half into the tofu mixture.

Step 4: Mix tofu

Stir the mixture until all the tofu is covered in Vegano Paneer Seasoning. Set aside to marinate while the oven heats.

Step 5: Cook the tofu

Spread the tofu onto a non-stick or lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping at the halfway point.

Step 6: Cook the rice

While tofu is baking, add rice to a small pot with 1.5 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before removing the lid.

Step 7: Chop cilantro

Dice cilantro and set aside for topping.

Step 8: Prepare the Vegano Palak Sauce

In a medium sized frying pan, heat the Vegano Palak Sauce in a frying pan just before the tofu comes out of the oven. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 9: Remove tofu from oven

Remove tofu from the oven and add to Vegano Palak Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and mix well.

Step 10: Plate your meal

On a large plate, add rice and Vegano Palak Sauce with tofu, garnish with cilantro, and squeeze the other half of lemon on top.
