Paired with fresh broccoli and turnip mashed , this easy, savoury, flavourful, hearty mushroom stew is absolutely packed with flavour.

Step 1: Remove ingredients from bag

Remove Vegano Mushroom Stew, Vegano Turnip Mash, Vegano Walnut Gremolata, french du puy lentils and broccolini from the bag to prepare for cooking.

Step 2: Cook the Vegano Mushroom Stew and lentils

Begin by adding the Vegano Mushroom Stew to a pot over medium high heat. In the same pot, add 1 cup of water and the full amount of lentils and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes on low/medium heat until the lentils are soft and the stew has thickened. NOTE: We do not add salt to our meals so season to your liking.

Step 3: Heat the Vegano Vegano Turnip Mash

In another small pot or pan, add the Turnip Mash and reheat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Stir frequently.

Step 4: Cook the broccolini

In a medium sized pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add the broccolini and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.

Step 5: Plate your meal

Begin plating by spooning the Turnip Mash into the centre of the plates. Add the Mixed Mushroom Stew over the Turnip Mash and place the broccolini on the side. Garnish with a gentle spoonful of the Walnut Gremolata around the edges of the dish.
