Tender rice noodles simmered in our chef’s special Kung Pao sauce with fresh broccoli and fried sichuan peanuts make this dish flavourful and delicious!
Remove Vegano Sesame Kung Pao Sauce, Vegano Fried Szechuan Peanuts, smoked seitan, rice noodles, broccoli, and green onion from the bag to prepare for cooking.
In a large bowl, soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 2 minutes.
In a large frying pan or skillet add the Vegano Sesame Kung Pao Sauce and bring to a simmer.
Strain the rice noodles in a strainer over the sink and set aside.
When the Vegano Kung Pao Sauce is simmering add the broccoli florets and smoked seitan into the sauce.
Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan, covering the broccoli and smoked seitan. Cover the frying pan with a lid and allow the dish to cook on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Chop green onion into small pieces.
Transfer the Kung Pao to a plate or bowl and garnish with Vegano Fried Szechuan Peanuts and green onion.
