Tender rice noodles simmered in our chef’s special Kung Pao sauce with fresh broccoli and fried sichuan peanuts make this dish flavourful and delicious!

Step 1: Remove ingredients from bag

Remove Vegano Sesame Kung Pao Sauce, Vegano Fried Szechuan Peanuts, rice noodles, broccoli, and green onion from the bag to prepare for cooking.

Step 2: Prepare the rice noodles

In a large bowl, soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 2 minutes.

Step 3: Cook the Vegano Sesame Kung Pao Sauce

In a large frying pan or skillet add the Vegano Sesame Kung Pao sauce and bring to a simmer.

Step 4: Strain rice noodles

Strain the rice noodles in a strainer over the sink and set aside.

Step 5: Cook the Broccoli

When the Vegano Kung Pao Sauce is simmering add the broccoli florets into the sauce.

Step 6: Add the rice noodles

Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan, covering the broccoli. Cover the frying pan with a lid and allow the dish to cook on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Check that the noodles and broccoli are cooked to your preference and mix well. Continue to reduce sauce until it is thick and sticks to the noodles.

Step 7: Prepare green onion

Chop green onion into small pieces.

Step 8: Plate your meal

Transfer the Kung Pao to a plate or bowl and garnish with Vegano Szechuan Fried Peanuts and green onion.
