Fig & chia dressing makes for a delicious contrast with the sweet roasted root vegetables and pears over a barley & herb salad.
Remove Vegano Roasted Roots, Vegano Barley & Herb Salad, Vegano Fig & Chia Dressing, Vegano Smoked Pears and green pea shoots from the bag to prepare for cooking.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
Add the Vegano Roasted Roots to a lined baking sheet or an oven safe dish and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Once the oven is preheated, bake the Vegano Roasted Roots in the oven for 20 minutes or until the ingredients are tender.
Slice the Vegano Smoked Pears into thin strips and set aside for plating.
Add the Vegano Barley & Herb Salad to the middle two plates and place the Vegano Roasted Roots on top. Drizzle with the Vegano Fig & Chia Dressing and garnish with the Vegano Smoked Pears and fresh green pea shoots.
