This Black Lentil Dal is creamy and crazy delicious. Using coconut milk keeps this buttery dal dairy free without losing any of the richness you crave.
Preheat oven to medium broil
In a medium pot, heat Vegano Black Lentil Dal on the stove on medium heat.
Place the pita on a pan with tin foil and heat in the oven. Heat each side for 3 minutes. Remove pita bread from the oven and cut into triangles.
To assemble, place desired amount of heated Vegano Black Lentil Dal in bowl. Top with Vegano Smokey Aubergine Puree.
Add cilantro as garnish. Enjoy with pita bread on the side for dipping.
