A warm pita bread stuffed with crispy hot falafels, crunchy veggies, and a nutty tahini sauce.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Slice cucumber and baby tomatoes into small pieces and set aside for plating
When the oven is hot, place the Falafels into the baking tray and bake for +/- 10 minutes.
Remove Falafel from the oven and place on a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oil and cool.
On a small plate, heat pita bread for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
Thinly spread pita with hummus to prepare for plating
Top the pita with the greens mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, falafel, and pickled onion. Drizzle the tahini dill sauce on top.
