Roasted brussel sprouts and crispy baked tofu on a bed of the most irresistible harissa hummus.

Step 1: Remove ingredients from the bag

Remove tofu, Vegano Harissa Hummus, Vegano Pickled Radish, Vegano Sunchoke Chips, brussel sprouts, smoked tofu and chervil from the bag to prepare for cooking.

Step 2: Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 400º F.

Step 3: Prepare the brussel sprouts and smoked tofu

In a large oven safe dish add the brussel sprouts and smoked tofu. Season with oil (olive, vegetable), salt and pepper.

Step 4: Bake the brussel sprouts and smoked tofu

Bake the brussel sprouts and smoked tofu for 25-30 minutes or until tender and crispy.

Step 5: Prepare the Vegano Sunchoke Chips and chervil

Slice the Vegano Sunchoke Chips into thin slices. Remove stems and dice chervil. Set aside for plating.

Step 6: Plate your meal

Begin plating by spreading the Harissa Hummus across the bottom of the plates. Place the roasted brussel sprouts and tofu on top of the hummus and garnish with Vegano Pickled Radish and Vegano Sunchoke Chips. Top with fresh chervil and enjoy!
