Fill a medium-large pot halfway with water. Heat on high, cover and bring to a boil.
Once water is boiling, add a pinch of salt and noodles. Stir for a minute. Cook the noodles for 10-12 minutes or until desired texture. Strain and set aside.
Cut tofu into cubes for frying.
Fry in sesame or vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a large bowl combine Vegano Sesame Sauce, tofu, fettuccine, cashews, and sesame seeds.
To assemble, distribute sesame tofu noodles into bowls. Top with scallions and Vegano Sweet Chilli Sauce.
